March Mystery

I'm a tester for Jess's new march mysery quilt, and my fabrics arrived today, so I'll be cutting this today and beginning on the first 2 installments. I LOVE these fabrics, Mark Lipinski's Krakow and Califon.

My first Round Robin

I'm participating in my first round robin quilt swap. This is my center medallion, and my first ever attempt at paper piecing. I must say I really love the accuracy aspect of it.

Pooh quilt for baby Aiden Goering

I finished all but the backside of the binding a few weeks ago and forgot to post it! It is all complete now and will be delivered next Sunday to his mommy :) Aiden arrived on Valentines Day!

Cross-stitch bib for Jacob

I love these bibs so much better than regular "tie" ones. They slip on so easily, and since they are a bit larger, they protect clothes better. I have a tough time finding them though. I finished the caterpillar on this one tonight.

Star in the Storm Mystery Quilt

This is the quilt made from the Quilt & Needle Winter Mystery weekend we did 3 weeks ago. I still need to assemble the blocks and add the borders but here is mine:

Bumper pads for Jacob's crib

Jacob has discovered how to wiggle his way to the end of his crib so I got his bumper pads finished so he didn't keep bumping his head against the rails.

My Wedding Bouquet

I know these are "out of date order" but I was just browsing back posts and realized I never posted some stuff....

I made my wedding bouquet:

Updated Mystery Quilt

I didn't realize I had failed to update on the mystery quilt post of the progress I have made on this one...

Afghan for Marissa Ramirez

I finally got baby Marissa's afghan finished this morning. I nearly had it completed when Jacob made his early arrival so I had to put it on the backburner for a little while.

Jacob's Quilt-Noah's Ark

I finished the top for Jacob's quilt-Noah's Ark. This is from Red Rooster fabrics-Jim Shore's line. I simply love his designs. Perhaps one of these days I'll have a few of his statuettes to go along with the quilt. I got it sandwiched for quilting as well, now I just have to decide how I'm going to quilt it.
