Our first giveaway!

I headed over to the MODA warehouse today where I got to drool in their showrooms for a couple of hours. (No children under 16 allowed in the warehouse). Since I had my son with me that was as far as I could go. I got the ball rolling on getting our account set up with them so stay tuned for moda products to make an appearance on my website more and more. I did come home with a honeybun of some yummy fabrics as my first blog giveaway! Clementine by Me and My Sister Designs for MODA is full of sunny oranges, lavendars, sky blues, and lime greens with fun, funky prints and patterns. What a perfect way to add some sunshine to these gloomy winter days!

To enter, you can earn up to THREE chances to win. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all comments received on Wednesday, January 19th by noon CST. Be sure to either include your email address or make sure it is available on your profile so I can contact you if you win!
1. Leave me a comment telling me what you would make with your honey bun.
2. Become a follower of my blog, or tell me if you already are.
3. Post about the giveaway on your blog, facebook, twitter, etc. and let me know by posting a link in your comment.

I am new into using fabrics for quilts. I learned to sew when I was 14 years old and sewed for many years. But finances forced me to join the world of the working MOMs for 30 years. When all my children were grown and gone I bought myself a new sewing machine. My daughter has taught me alot about making quilts and so I head for that new adventure. I would love to win something like thing go give me a nice start at working with strips like that.

I have several little projects on hold for my little girl including a patchwork apron and a crayon roll.
